1. Be empowered

​When you choose the internship that best fits, you will work inside of a ministry full-time in order to gain invaluable training to help further your vocational ministry aspirations. You will have key ministry responsibilities that focus on directly developing the knowledge and ministry skills to make disciples and serve the church.

2. be discipled

We want our interns to be equipped and receive valuable input and feedback needed to grow as a ministry leader. We hope that you can grow in your leadership skills and ministry abilities while being supervised by a pastor or ministry leader.

3. be sent out

No matter what area of church you end up serving in, we hope that this experience will serve as a foundational experience that you can use in whatever vocational ministry you end up in.
